An intersection of five major thoroughfares, Asan Tole is one of the busiest squares in central Kathmandu. You'll find hundreds of shoppers, merchants, and bicycle rickshaw-wallahs here, going about their daily business and chewing the fat with neighbors. It's also one of my favorite spots in the city to people watch.
